Privacy Notice
Effective date: January 1, 2025 · Last updated: August 10, 2026
America's Analytics ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors and clients who interact with our website and services. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Information We Collect
We may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and business details when you contact us, book a call, or fill out a form on our website.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you browse the site, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived here. See Cookies and Advertising Technologies below.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
- To send you information relevant to our services (with your consent).
- To improve our website and marketing effectiveness.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers (e.g., email platforms, scheduling tools) solely to operate our business. We also use advertising and measurement technologies that share limited browsing data with Meta Platforms, Inc. — see Cookies and Advertising Technologies.
Cookies and Advertising Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate this website and to measure how well our marketing performs.
Meta Pixel. This site uses the Meta Pixel, an analytics and advertising tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Pixel stores first-party cookies in your browser (_fbp, and _fbc if you reached us by clicking a Meta ad) and sends Meta information about your visit: the pages you view, the date and time, your IP address, your browser and device details, and whether you completed our free audit request form. We use this to understand which campaigns bring us enquiries, to measure the cost and quality of those enquiries, and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. We do not send Meta the contents of your enquiry, and we do not use the Pixel to collect sensitive personal information.
Meta processes this data as an independent controller under its own terms. You can read how Meta handles it in the Meta Privacy Policy and Meta Cookies Policy.
Your choices. You can block or delete these cookies at any time in your browser settings, or use a tracking-prevention or ad-blocking extension — the site works normally either way. You can also manage how Meta uses your data for advertising in your Meta ad preferences, and opt out of interest-based advertising more broadly at YourAdChoices or the NAI opt-out page.
A note on "sharing". We never sell your personal information for money. However, under some U.S. state privacy laws the use of advertising cookies such as the Meta Pixel may itself qualify as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, disable these cookies using any of the methods above, or email us at hpiedra@americasanalytics.com and we will honor your request.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hpiedra@americasanalytics.com.
